Acrobatics

Acro includes elements of acrobatics, gymnastics, partner work and dance.  Acro classes are super fun and great for building confidence and trust when working together.  Students learn and improve tumbling, flexibility, strength, balance, contortion and partner/group work.  Acro can hugely help dancers and make them stand out from the crowd with impressive tricks and skills.  Ideally started at a young age, but beneficial for all.
